FAQ - Return & Refund

Hi, refunds will be initiated for items only, other fees like shipping insurance and shipping fee are non refundable.
After checking these, If the refund of items are still incorrect, please contact us for checking.

It usually takes 1-3 weeks for the returned parcel to be delivered, and the specific time limit depends on the carrier of the return flow.
Returns/Exchanges are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. It's an estimated time frame to accommodate the current situation and will be processed faster in most cases.
For refund, it will reflect your account depending on the refund method you selected.

If you want to WITHDRAW your wallet balance, please confirm that your original payment account is still active. Then click on "My wallet" and you will be able to withdraw your money there. Please fill in the amount and click "submit‘’, so that the money can go back to the original payment account, and it will take some days to be completed.
Kindly note:
1. Refunds from COD orders cannot be withdrawn directly. If you need to withdraw, please contact customer service.
2. The withdrawal process is not instant. It will take 2-14 days depending on the payment method used by the customer.
3. Once the withdrawal request is processed, it cannot be canceled.
4. The wallet balance from game rewards cannot be withdrawn to any other account, like PayPal/ bank card.

Hi , the refund time depends on the refund method you selected.
1. If you choose wallet, it will take 24 hours to be shown.
2. If you choose original payment method:
Paypal: 2-7 working days
Card: 7-14 working days which depends on the bank.
Normally it will take us some days to receive your returned package first, then we will do the refund process.

We will offer a full refund on all items you returned, exclude return shipping fee and unreturnable items.
Coupon codes and SHEIN points will not be refunded as monetary value.

Yes, partial return of your order is acceptable. We can accept return within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
Please sign into your Yohobag account to submit return application or contact us by submitting a ticket, we will help you with the return procedure.
Note: Item ID or Item sku is needed, so that we can process your return request and offer the nearest return address for you.

2. Find the order in My orders, and click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Select the return method: DROP-OFF or Pick-Up Service.
(Due to uncertainties in the pickup, it's recommended to choose Drop off.)
5. If you choose to drop off, please prepare the return items and pack them carefully,
print the return label and attach it to your return parcel, then drop off the package at any collection point you find out.
6. If you choose a pick-up service, please prepare the return items and pack them carefully, mark the Return Shipping Number on your return parcel, and then wait for the delivery man to pick up the parcel.
